It’s a quiet, calm morning here in southern Wisconsin. There are a few fluffy snowflakes falling gently to the ground. They are so beautiful. I love to see the delicate flakes as they make their way down from the skies. This is the final part of their lives in this form. Yet they float with such freedom and contentment. Their purpose is to fall and find their final resting place.
However, their job isn’t finished. They will melt into the earth to help facilitate the growth of something else. It could possibly be a tree, grass or even some flowers. Their sacrifice brings beauty to something else.
We should have the same desire – to fulfill our purpose to bring beauty to someone else’s life. One would say – “do I need to die to do that?” Of course not! Each and every day that you have breath in your lungs is a day, an opportunity, for you to spread a little beauty to those around you. Your words, actions, and reactions speak loudly into the people around you.
Allow yourself to live in freedom and contentment following the purpose you have been made for – someone is depending on you. Make sure to share life giving nutrition from your heart to those you meet today!
