Lamentations 3:22-23(NLT)
22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends![b]
His mercies never cease.
23 Great is his faithfulness;
his mercies begin afresh each morning.
It’s a New Day! What the past few months has been like to live through – is now history. Sure there are things you will need to deal with, but for this moment in time, but take a deep breath. Inhale the freshness of the new day and exhale the staleness of yesterday. With Christ you have everything you need, if you ask. He will grant you wisdom, strength, and peace of mind.
Prayer:
Father God, thank you for a new day. Thank you that each morning is a new slate to begin again. Today, I need your direction and peace. Help me to look beyond myself and cast my gaze on other’s needs. Use me as your vessel to share your love and kindness. I realize I can only live in this moment – make it count for good.
Thoughtfulness Action:
Tell someone how much you care for them today. Your words could be exactly what they need to hold on in a difficult situation.
